Paper’s up on the commercial space along Halsey Street off of Stuyvesant Avenue. (That’s also around the corner from the Halstead office and across the street from Georges-Andre Cafe.) But don’t get too excited — a source says that a developer is opening a real estate office there. Wonder if it’ll be something like the Brookland Capital headquarters that is located along Malcolm X Boulevard? Whatever it is, it won’t be as fun as a new bar or restaurant.
This isn’t too far from the commercial property at Stuyvesant and Macon, which hopefully will be filled someday soon.
