What Do People Think of the New Bread Love?

Bread Love, Bread Love Bed Stuy, 1933 Fulton Street

Earlier this month, Bread Love reopened in the neighborhood — the original incarnation, located in the carriage house of the mansion at 375 Stuyvesant Avenue, closed due to a fire last year. It’s now headquartered at 1933 Fulton Street, off Howard Avenue. There are pastries, ice cream, a beautiful backyard space, and a simple dinner and weekend brunch menu. There’s also a big focus on using local produce.

I haven’t checked it out yet, but I’d love to know what readers think of the new spot. It looks like the owners threw an amazing BBQ for the 4th of July grand opening. Did anyone attend?

  1. In theory, it sounds nice, but it’s really quite far away from their old location – really a different neighborhood. As such, I doubt I will go.
