Just in time for winter: Nana Ramen is open! We got a sneak peek of the space over the summer and they just opened to the public this week. Apparently Nana’s debut went well — according to Facebook, almost 100 bowls of ramen were served for opening night.
The 700-square-foot restaurant is located at 330 Malcolm X Boulevard, between Decatur and Bainbridge. The owner is behind the Asian fusion restaurant Nana, which has closed in Park Slope, and the Asian restaurant Hachi, in Williamsburg. The Bed-Stuy menu has a nice selection of small dishes, which include gyoza, shrimp shumai, tofu, tempura and sashimi. There are seven types of ramen, priced between $11 and $13. We hear the Spicy Miso (with chashu, scallion and baby bok choi) is delicious. Can’t wait to try.
